tblsp vinegar
onion
and garlic. Add beans with water, diced green chiles(pimentos), black pepper,
bay
leaf, dried oregano, salt to taste, ½ cup cooking white wine,

tablespoon vinegar.Cook uncovered on slow heat for one hour.
Fry
onions in olive oil. Save for garnish.
Garnish
with fried onions.
Serve with pork chops Cuban style(Chuletas de puerco a la
Criolla)
For a Cuban dessert serve rice and milk
pudding.
