GUVECI
Guveci is a vegetable stew baked in a clay pot. This
is how I prepare it.
You can use meat or
only vegetables. Serve it with rice and yogurt. I usually salt the zucchini and
eggplant
pieces and let stand for 15 minutes, then wash away the
salt and dry on paper towels.
